Family petitions
Bring your family together
A citizen or green card holder files the petition. We prepare it, check it twice, and keep it moving until the family has an answer.
Spouses, children, parents and siblings can be petitioned. The wait depends on the relationship and the country, and we tell you the real range at the start. If someone at home has hurt you or your children, there are separate protections called VAWA and U visas. Ask us about them, and use the Quick exit button at the top of the page whenever you need it.
What this covers

What can move it
A second relative is a second petition. An arrest or an overstay can change which filing is safe, and we say so before you spend anything.
Translation of your documents is paid to the translator, and the green card filing is quoted separately. Government filing fees go to the agency, not to us, and we confirm the current amount in writing before you file.
Good to know
Before you file a family petition
Can a green card holder petition for a spouse?
Yes, and the wait is often longer than for a citizen's spouse. We explain which line you would be in before you pay.
How long does it take?
It depends on the relationship, the country and what the agency is processing now. We give you a realistic range at the start, never a promise.
What if my relative has an arrest or an overstay?
Tell us on the first call. It can change which filing is safe, and we say so before you spend anything.
Ready for a price in writing?
Tell us what you need. We'll reply with the filing, the fee and what to gather.
The first call or text is free. Government filing fees are separate.
