Sample comments
What a clear fee felt like
“They explained every form to my mother in Spanish, and I followed along by video from my kitchen.”
“Renewal filed, receipt in my hand, and no extra bill at the end.”
Every client's case is different. These comments are samples, and they do not promise a similar outcome in yours.

Before you pay
Questions people text us first
What does a flat fee cover?
Our work on one filing from start to finish: the forms, the evidence packet, filing, tracking, and answering routine notices from the agency. The agency's own fees are not in ours, and each page lists them.
Is the first call free?
Yes. The first call or text is free. If we need to review your papers, a 45-minute video consultation has a set fee, quoted when you book, and we take it off your fee if you hire us. Government filing fees are never part of either price.
Are you notarios?
No. We are licensed lawyers. In the United States a notary public is not allowed to give immigration advice, so never pay anyone who is not a lawyer to file your papers.
I live far from Springdale. Can we still work together?
Yes. Most clients live elsewhere in Arkansas. We meet by video, you send documents by phone photo or the mail, and you sign electronically.
Is it safe to contact a lawyer if I'm worried about enforcement?
What you tell us is confidential. Use the Quick exit button at the top of any page to leave this site at once.
Not sure which filing you need?
Text us a photo of your papers, or call. We'll tell you which filing fits and what it costs.
The first call or text is free. Government filing fees are separate.
