The firm

Three lawyers, one way of charging

Every file has a lawyer's name on it, and every filing is read by two of us before it goes out.

  • Arlette Saldivar, smiling, in a purple dress and patterned scarf holding a folder

    Arlette Saldivar

    Founding attorney

Family petitions and green cards. Speaks English and Spanish.

  • Landon Strickland, a gray-haired man with glasses in a plaid jacket and light T-shirt

Waivers, appeals and every filing's final review. Works in English.

We are lawyers, not notarios

In many countries a notario is a senior lawyer. In the United States a notary public only witnesses signatures, and is not allowed to give immigration advice. Some people use the word to make you think they are lawyers. We say it plainly so you can ask anyone who offers to help: are you a licensed attorney?

Each of our lawyers is licensed in Arkansas, and you can look us up with the state bar.

Which of us should you meet?

Tell us the filing and we'll pair you with the right lawyer.

The first call or text is free. Government filing fees are separate.
