Start to finish
From first text to final notice
Nobody needs to drive to Springdale. Here is the whole path, with the part you do and the part we do.
- 01
Step 1: Call or text
Tell us what you're hoping to file. The first call or text is free, and no one will ask for a payment.
- 02
Step 2: Get a price in writing
We name the filing, our flat fee and the government fee. If we need to see your papers first, a video consultation has a set fee, credited to your fee.
- 03
Step 3: Sign the agreement
A written fee agreement, signed electronically. This is the moment you become a client, and not before.
- 04
Step 4: Send your papers
Photograph each document with your phone, or mail copies. We give you a checklist and tell you what to hold back.
- 05
Step 5: Review and sign by video
We read the finished forms with you, line by line, in English or Spanish, before anything is filed.
- 06
Step 6: We file, then keep you posted
Every notice from the agency is explained within two business days, and we go with you to the interview.
Before the video visit
Keep these papers close
You don't need everything. Bring what you have and we'll work out the rest together.
A quiet corner, a phone or laptop with a camera, and your papers within reach. If anyone else will join, tell us first.
Helpful to have
Passport, green card or work permit
Any notice you received from the government
Marriage and birth records, if you have them
A list of addresses and trips for the past five years

Begin with one short text
It starts with a call or a text, and it costs nothing.
The first call or text is free. Government filing fees are separate.
