Our fees

What each flat fee covers

Four filings make up most of our work. Each fee is for our work from the first form to the last notice, and it does not change halfway through.

  • Citizenship

    Form N-400, test practice and a lawyer at the interview. A past arrest or a long trip abroad can change the work.

    Forms I-821D and I-765, filed on time. A first-time request is assessed case by case.

  • Green card through family

    Adjustment of status with work permit and travel document. A new filing after a denial is quoted on its own.

    • A lawyer at the interview

    • Routine notices answered

Government fees are paid to the agency and change from time to time. We confirm the current amount in writing before you file.

Smaller filings

Smaller filings, one flat fee each

  • Green card renewal or replacement

    Form I-90 for a card that is expiring, lost or damaged.

  • Work permit renewal

    Form I-765 in a category that allows renewal.

  • Citizenship certificate replacement

    Form N-565 for a lost, stolen or damaged certificate.

  • Video consultation

    Forty-five minutes with a lawyer, at a set fee quoted when you book. We take it off your fee if you hire us.

We list them on the first call so the total never surprises you.

  • Government filing fees

    Paid to the agency when we file. We tell you the amount in writing first.

  • Medical exam

    A government-approved doctor completes it for a green card.

  • Translations

    Documents in Spanish need a full English translation with the translator's signed statement.

  • A new filing after a denial

    An appeal or a refiling is a new piece of work, quoted in writing before we start.
