Green cards

Permanent residence, one step at a time

Applying from inside the U.S., a card that's expiring or lost, and removing conditions after a marriage-based card.

Not everyone can apply from inside the country, and a wrong filing can cost months and a fee. We check your entry, your history and your relationship first, then build the packet. A lawyer goes with you to the interview.

What this covers

  • Adjustment of status (Form I-485)

  • Renew or replace a card (Form I-90)

  • Remove conditions (Form I-751)

  • Work permit and travel document while you wait

How it goes

The road to the card

Most applications follow these four stops.

  1. 01

    Step 1: Check eligibility

We find out whether you can adjust inside the U.S. before you spend on forms.

  2. 02

    Step 2: Build the packet

Forms, the medical exam record, the support form, photos and civil documents.

  3. 03

    Step 3: Biometrics and interview

We prepare you for both, and a lawyer sits with you at the interview.

  4. 04

    Step 4: Decision and card

We read the decision with you and explain what comes next.

The fee

Two filings, each with a flat fee

Pick the filing that matches your case. We confirm it on the first call.

  • Green card through family

Adjustment of status for one person, with the work permit and travel document filed alongside. A new filing after a denial is quoted on its own.

    • Eligibility review

    • Forms and evidence packet

    • Biometrics and interview preparation

    • A lawyer at the interview

  • Card renewal or replacement

Form I-90 for a card that is expiring, lost or damaged. Removing conditions is quoted separately.

    • Form I-90 and photos checklist

    • Filing and tracking

Government filing fees and the medical exam are paid to the agency and the doctor, not to us. We confirm the current amount in writing before you file.

Good to know

Before you apply for a green card

Can I work while my application is pending?

Often, yes, with a work permit filed alongside. We tell you whether you qualify before you file.

Can I travel while it's pending?

Leaving the country can end an application. Ask us first, not the airline.

What if the agency asks for more evidence?

Answering a request for evidence on the same filing is part of the fee. A new filing or an appeal is priced separately, in writing, before we start.

Ready for a price in writing?

Tell us what you need. We'll reply with the filing, the fee and what to gather.

The first call or text is free. Government filing fees are separate.
